八成大學生 投入低薪服務業

【台灣醒報記者鄭國強台北報導】根據勞動部以大數據調查結果發現，近8成大學畢業生投入服務業，其中又以批發零售、住宿餐飲、教育服務三大低薪產業吸收人數的最多，平均月薪2萬3千到2萬5千元不等。勞動部主任秘書鍾錦季表示，勞動市場供給越多，薪水便偏低。安親班、補習班等則是其中平均薪資最低者，大學畢業只拿到23K、專科畢業只有22K。

勞動部與教育部16日同時公布追蹤4個年度大專以上畢業生就業資料大數據。在120萬名樣本中，碩士、博士多投入平均薪資較高的專業、科學、製造及技術服務業，大學、專科則有近8成投入服務業如批發零售、住宿餐飲、教育服務（安親班、補習班等），且平均薪資約在2萬3千到2萬5千元之間。

鍾錦季指出，雖然許多大專院校生的起薪較低，但是工作３年後薪水都比剛畢業時增加，例如以103年畢業的大學生為例，調查時薪水比起薪平均成長31%，102年畢業生則是19.18%，101年畢業生是8.15%。

若以產業分，服務業中仍以金融業平均月薪最高，大學生為32724元，碩士生為53848。而批發及零售、支援服務業、住宿餐飲、不動產等大學生平均獲薪24200到24938月薪不等（年資5年內）。

以住宿餐飲為例，記者曾親訪信義區五星級飯店櫃檯人員，年資3年、外語流利的受訪者月薪僅有24500上下，與勞動部調查大致吻合。另調查顯示，教育及服務業（安親班、補習班）則是服務業中平均薪資最低者，大學畢業只拿到23k、專科畢業只有22k，與少子化高漲的安親班學費成為強烈反差。

薪資較高仍以工業部門為主，平均而言，大學生可在電力及然氣供應業取得較高的39477月薪，最低的農林漁牧則有22177，專科生則是在製造業可獲得較佳的薪資。本次調查資料期間為今年7月，調查對象為民國99到103年四屆畢業生為主，並根據投保資料推估薪資水準。
